Friends of Pittsburgh Opera support Pittsburgh Opera and interest in opera within the community.  In addition to providing opportunities to volunteer and meet new friends, the group provides invitations to community events throughout the season, invitations to fabulous social events like the Holiday Party and the Garden Party,  and admission to Opera Up Close and Art song recitals.
