OPERA CONFERENCE 2018 IN ST LOUIS

OPERA America and OVI invite you to join volunteers and opera professionals in St. Louis this June for Opera Conference 2018. New for 2018, there is no additional fee to attend the New Works Forum and all conference attendees are encouraged to participate.

PERFORMANCES  at Opera Theatre of Saint Louis include the Center Stage concert with rising opera stars; La traviata featuring the directing debut of Patricia Racette; Marc Blitzstein’s rarely performed Regina*; Gluck’s sublime Orfeo and Euridice*; and the closing performance of Huang Ruo and David Henry Hwang’s world-premiere opera, An American Soldier*. (* Transportation provided from Hyatt.)

REGISTRATION for the Conference is exclusively done on the OA website, including the OVI two day option available until June 14.  Other events that need to be purchased separately at the time of registration: opera tickets, OVI board lunch, and the Awards Brunch.  The conference hotel is The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch, which is offering special rates for attendees.
