I’m finally here!

Walter Briggs & Sandi BrunsDavid Yuen has the patience of a saint talking me through signing into this blog… but here I am!
I just want everyone to know how fabulous Central City and Denver, and Central City Opera, and Central City Opera House Guild and ESPECIALLY our recent conference were… I am so sorry it didn’t work out for more people to attend. Even when you send a “rep” to take notes and bring home good ideas it’s not the same as being there, meeting the people and feeling the energy. That’s why we decided to have several smaller less expensive “focus” meetings during the lag time until the next (hopefully long awaited) BIG OVI conference. We want everyone to have a chance to participate “up-live and personal.” We all hope to see you there and share!

In the picture, I’m sharing a laugh with Walter Briggs, Northeast Regional Coordinator, at the OVI board meeting on July 19.

You really conveyed the fun that’s to be had by gathering together to share and learn from each other — I can hardly wait until our first Focus Meeting!

It was actually quite easy, especially with CrossLoop. It really makes life significantly easier.

And thanks for the saintly comparison but I hope I don’t have the same fate as the saint of Bleecker Street.
